Having an issue with your Mac? Get in touch.

Part of purchasing your Mac with us is that we have your back. If you’re having an issue with your Mac, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When you get in contact with us about your issue, our ACMT qualified technicians will speak with you via email and phone and attempt to diagnose the issue fully. An attempt to fix the issue while the system is with you by talking you through the fix or using our remote support software will be made to limit any time you have without your Mac.

Please be aware we do not repair or support systems not purchased from MacBank.

We do not support systems outside of our customer base because we feel it impacts the level of service we can provide to people who shop with us.
