MacRefresh Ltd maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
All packages are sent from our warehouse in Ipswich. Your order will be sent within 2 working days after it has been placed. It is possible to change your order once it has been submitted however this will cause a delay in delivery time. This includes changing specification, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded.
The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:
- One working day to the United Kingdom
- Three working days to Europe
- Six working days to the remaining destinations
If there is no one to sign at the address when our courier makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the courier note in your mailbox, you can contact them to arrange another delivery address if the next day is not suitable.
We accept payment via: PayPal, Card Pay (all major credit/debit cards accepted, except AMEX) or Bank Transfer
*If you wish to pay via PayPal we have to ship to the address provided in PayPal
*Payment via card will be shipped to the billing address of the card
*For payment via Bank Transfer we will raise you a Pro-Forma invoice, complete with our Bank Account details for you to send the payment.
The freight charge depends on your delivery address. Most items include free shipment to the UK and mainland Europe but this may vary.
Warranty & Returns
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product and wish to return the item, please contact us and we will provide a RMA number. You can then simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel an order at any time within 14 calendar days, beginning on the day you received the Products. You must notify us via durable medium (email / letter) and quote your order number in any communication. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Where collections are arranged by us, you still have a duty of care to ensure the Products are packaged sufficiently, for the type and value of goods being returned. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, we recommend original packaging is used. If original packaging is not available, new specialty packaging can be ordered from us. Where you use your own packaging, liability for the cost of repairing damage resulting from inadequate packaging rests with you. We will only confirm that the item has arrived back to us in a satisfactory condition once we have opened and inspected the item.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. If the item is damaged during the 14 returns period or on route back to our distribution centre this may affect your ability to obtain a refund.
If the goods supplied to you are incomplete/incorrect or physically damaged then you should notify us via email, letter within 72 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us with 72 hours of receipt will result in the determination that any physical damage occurred whilst in your care and that the goods were supplied correctly and in full.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
If something is wrong with the product and you are still under RTB warranty. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is valid we will do our utmost to fix the issue while the item is still with you. If we are unable to do so you will need to arrange for the item to be returned for repair.
When returning goods under the 14 day cooling off period, if the goods are not in a resaleable condition or if the goods have been unnecessarily handled we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.
How to return a product
Contact our support team who will provide you with an RMA number for the return.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the RMA number as well as your name and address within the package. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
